‘One size doesn’t fit all’ – A one-to-one consultation caters to the individual needs of an athlete to improve performance and mental-wellbeing.

Focus in on understanding the athlete, their goals, expectation, needs, demands of the sport, etc. to tailor an individualised intervention plan that supports an athlete to achieve their goals.


This program will focus on areas such as :




Duration: Approx. 60 mins per session. Online & in-person consultation available.

2. Group sessions/workshops

Focus will be on understanding the team expectations, goals, team culture, requirements and areas of improvement to design a plan for the whole team.

Various methods like group workshops, individual consultations with the athletes, coaches or sports-science professionals and game observations will be adopted.
