Ever since she was in her 8th grade, she knew she wanted to get into a career path that would make difference in people’s lives which inclined her interest to studying psychology academically from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai. Her journey with sport psychology began only at the age of 20, when she first learned about this inspiring opportunity of combining her interest and passion - to transform people’s lives, and of playing sports and being active. And so, she pursued a Master’s of Science in Sport & Exercise Psychology from Loughborough University, UK.

Having been involved in sports herself, she understands the important role of mindset in shaping one’s performance. Her first-hand experience as an athlete helps her understand the experiences of an athlete- from training to competition to post-season phase. As a qualified sport psychologist in India, she is committed to offer ethical practice to look after athlete’s wellbeing and performance. Through her practice, she aims to spread awareness and create acceptance regarding the importance of sport psychology that contributes to the holistic development of the athlete. She wishes to simplify scientific knowledge to empower individuals to make behavioural changes to encourage sports participation and enhance their performance as well as general well-being.
